Include Patients with No Active Medications: If this option is select, a MAR Custom Report will be generated for a patient who belongs to a group, but does not have active medication on their profile. A 'No Active Medications' watermark will print in the first medication box for the patient. Bold Patient Name: Adds emphasis to the patient name on the report for easier visibility. Enlarge Patient Name: Makes the patient name a larger font on the report for easier visibility. Print Last Name, First Name: Prints the patient's name in the following format: Last Name, First Name. Print Admission Date: The patient's admission date will be printed in the patient's information. Display Drug Name As: The dropdown defaults to the Rx Detail setting, however you can specify the prescription drug name to print on the MAR Custom Report and have it print accordingly. The options available are the same as the prescription Drug Name in the Extended Tab of the Rx. TaLL MaN Drug Name: If this option is selected, the drug name will print in Tall Man. The TaLL MaN Drug Name is equivalent to the Generic Drug Name, and as such, this option will be disabled if the selection of Trade and Innovator or Trade is selected from the previous dropdown. Include Drug Description: If this option is selected, the Drug description will be included and will print below the DIN of the Rx. Note: The drug's description is set in the Colour field in the main tab of the Drug Folder. If no description is available, the description will remain blank. Print Drug Form: Prints the drug form for each drug on the MAR Custom Report. Show High Alert: Prints a watermark that reads 'High Alert' in the Medbox for all drugs that are flagged as high alert in PharmaClik Rx. Print Therapeutic Class: Prints the therapeutic class for each drug on the MAR Custom Report. Show Not Filled: Displays a 'Not Filled' watermark for any prescriptions that have not been filled. Show PRN: Displays a 'PRN' watermark in the Medbox for any prescriptions that are flagged as PRN in PharmaClik Rx ( RX Detail > Extended Tab). Prints No Refills Remaining: Prints 'No Refills Remaining' if a prescription no longer has any more refills remaining. Print Qty: Prints the quantity of drugs being dispensed to the patient. Print Doctor Name: Prints the prescribing doctor's name for each prescription. Print Start Date: Prints the start date of when the patient started taking the prescribed drug. Print Stop Date: Prints the end date of when the patient has to stop taking the prescribed drug. Custom Sort: Allows for further sorting options. Each selection has the ability to sort by Ascending option, as well as Insert/Add/Remove details for each section. Sort options include location (e.g. sort by room, wing, etc.), Patient (sort by name, date of birth, etc.), or Prescription (sort by drug strength, form, etc.).
